Forum Structure

  • Forum Format: A suggested structure includes a 10-minute moderator introduction, followed by 10-minute presentations from each speaker addressing the proposed questions (using a maximum of 6 slides). After the presentations, the panel will engage in a at least 30-minute discussion, during which they will address prepared discussion questions and respond to audience queries. The whole forum lasts 90 minutes.
  • Flexibility: The Moderator and their team are welcome to propose modifications to this standard structure to enhance the effectiveness of the discussion, which will be reviewed by the Industry Chair.
