Call for Industry Demonstration Proposals
IEEE ICPADS 2025 will host a series of Industry Demonstration Sessions and is now inviting proposals for these events. Demonstrations should highlight innovative technologies and their practical applications in the interest field of the community. We look forward to showcasing cutting-edge advancements and fostering collaboration among industry professionals and researchers. Submit your proposal to be a part of this exciting event and share your groundbreaking work with the global community.
Demonstration Presentation Structure
We recommend the following format:
- • Presentation Format: Demos will be displayed in the conference hall. Each project is equipped with a display screen for demonstration. The duration of the demonstration will be one and a half hours. Each demonstration must be attended by at least one presenter during the demonstration sessions.
- • Exhibition Booth (If needed): To fully showcase your products or technologies, we also provide exhibition booths where you can customize the layout according to your needs. For detailed information about the booths, please visit Exhibition Booth.
Proposal Requirements
The proposal should include:
- • Title of the demonstration
- • Name, affiliation, biography, photo, and contact information of the proposer
- • Motivation and scope of the demonstration
- • Description of the demonstration
- • Requirements
- • Size of the booth (If needed)
