Call for Industry Panel Proposals

IEEE ICPADS 2025 will host a series of Industry Panels and is now inviting proposals for these prestigious events. The Panel is designed to gather speakers from both industry and academia, representing various sectors, to explore a current and significant topic that is of great interest to conference attendees.

Topics of Interest

Topics for proposal include but are not limited to the following:

Internet of Things (IoT), 6G Technologies/Standardization
Smart Cities, Manufacturing, and Healthcare
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Model (LLM)
High-Performance Computing & Data Center
Mobile Computing, Cloud and Edge Computing
Wireless Sensing, Wireless Communication
Embodied Intelligence
Quantum Computers, Communications
Security and Privacy
Robots, Drones, Unmanned Vehicles
Parallel and Distributed Systems
Interdisciplinary Systems and Applications

Panel Structure

We recommend the following format:

• Panel Size: One moderator and 3-4 panelists. The moderator should organize the panel and prepare several questions for discussion.
• Panel Format: The moderator gives a 10-minute introduction, followed by 10-minute presentations from each speaker. After the presentations, the panel will engage in a at least 30-minute discussion. The audience will be able to ask questions on issues of interest. The whole forum lasts 90 minutes, including Q&A.

Proposal Requirements

The proposal should include:

• Title of Panel
• Names, affiliations, biographies, photos, and contact information of the moderator and panelists
• Motivation and scope of the panel
• A description of the questions to be discussed
