Call for PhD Forum

We invite Ph.D. students working in the fields of parallel computing, distributed systems, cloud/edge computing, and related technologies to present their ongoing or completed thesis research at the ICPADS 2025 PhD Forum. This forum provides an excellent opportunity for young researchers to showcase their work, receive feedback from experts, and engage with peers in academia and industry.

Key Highlights

  • • Interactive In-Person Sessions​​: Engage in dynamic discussions, receive constructive feedback, and network with leading researchers.
  • • Publication in ICPADS Proceedings​​: Accepted papers will be published in the ​​IEEE ICPADS 2025 proceedings​​ and indexed in ​​IEEE Xplore​​.
  • • ​​Focus on Emerging Trends​​: We encourage submissions on ​​scalable, efficient, and secure parallel & distributed systems​​, including AI/ML-driven optimizations, blockchain, edge computing, and more.

Submission Guidelines

  • • Submissions must present ​​novel, unpublished work​​ with clear contributions.
  • • Manuscript format: IEEE Computer Society Proceedings format (two columns, single-spaced, 10-point font). Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings can be downloaded from: IEEE Templates Website .
  • • ​​Papers are limited to 4 pages, including figures and references.
  • • Submissions should include the authors' names and affiliations
  • • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for and attend ICPADS 2025 to present the work.
  • • All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (Coming soon) in PDF format.

  • • Paper Acceptance Notification: October 15, 2025
