Call for Posters

ICPADS 2025 invites submissions for the poster session showcasing novel work in parallel and distributed systems. We are planning an interactive and engaging poster session that facilitates meaningful discussions about ongoing research. Presenters will have the opportunity to:

  • Showcase their work to leading researchers in the field
  • Receive valuable feedback from the community
  • Network with potential collaborators
  • Participate in discussions about emerging research directions

About the Poster Session

  • Submissions should represent early work that is not yet published in a refereed conference or journal or papers already accepted at ICPADS 2025.
  • Poster acceptance will be determined by the ICPADS 2025 Poster Committee.
  • Accepted poster submissions will be published on the conference website and included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  • During the conference, outstanding posters will be recognized with Best Poster Awards selected by the committee.
  • At least one author of each accepted poster must register for and attend ICPADS 2025 to present the work. The presenting author is expected to be available during the designated poster session to discuss their research with attendees.

Poster Submission Guidelines

  • The poster abstract is limited to 4 pages. The title should begin with "Poster:".
  • All submissions should include the authors' names and affiliations
  • All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (Coming soon) in PDF format.
  • The official IEEE Templates are available.

Onsite presentation

  • • Posters should be of A0 size (841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 x 46.8 in)
  • • Poster presenters must bring their own posters on the poster presentation date. IEEE ICPADS 2025 WILL NOT provide any printing support. Poster boards and pushpins will be provided.
