Call for Workshops Proposals

In addition to the main conference program, ICPADS 2025 will feature a series of co-located workshops on specialized topics. Workshops should focus on emerging topics in parallel and distributed systems that complement but do not overlap with the main conference tracks. Successful workshops should:

  • Address timely and innovative topics in parallel computing, distributed computing, edge systems, or related fields
  • Feature a mix of peer-reviewed papers, invited talks, and interactive sessions
  • Attract participation from both academia and industry

Proposal Requirements

The proposal should include:

  • • Title and Abstract: Clear description of workshop focus and objectives
  • • Technical Scope: Detailed discussion of topics covered (1 page max), emphasizing novelty and relevance to ICPADS
  • • Organizers information: Names, affiliations, contact information, and brief bios (200 words each) highlighting relevant experience
  • • List of potential PC members and invited speakers (confirmed participation is a plus)
  • • Workshop Format: Duration (half/full day), preferred date, planned sessions (papers, keynotes, panels), and review process following IEEE standards

Submission of Workshop Proposals

The proposal and CFP should be submitted to technical program co-chairs via workshop-chair@ieee-icpads.org.cn .
